Terms of Service

“Free Services” means the AI exposure calculator and the AI-Check wiki sample, which are free to use from qorpera.com and do not require an account. “The Platform” means Qorpera’s AI-powered software delivered to paying Customers, including web applications, APIs, and integration points. “The Customer” is the legal entity or person who creates an account on the Platform. “User” is any person who accesses the Platform on behalf of the Customer.

You may not:

• —use the site or services in any way that violates applicable law, including rules on personal data, export control, and intellectual property;
• —attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or bot protection;
• —use the Free Services to ingest or analyse data you do not own or are not lawfully entitled to read;
• —attempt to extract training data, reverse-engineer the models, or use the output to train competing AI models;
• —overload or disrupt the service with automated requests beyond normal usage patterns;
• —impersonate another person or submit false information.

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations without notice.

This section applies to Customers on the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Free Services require no account.

The Platform is billed based on usage. Pricing is calculated based on the Customer’s actual AI API token consumption through Qorpera. Depending on account configuration, a markup is applied, so the total price typically amounts to 1.5–4× the underlying API cost. All amounts exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Detailed usage reports are available in the Platform. Free Services are free of charge.

The services use artificial intelligence to analyse data and propose actions. AI-generated content is advisory and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for all decisions made based on the service’s output.

Free Services are provided as-is, without an availability SLA. For the Platform we aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties or force majeure.

Qorpera owns all rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the site, the Platform, our model configurations, prompts, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. AI-generated output produced from your User Data is yours to use freely for your own purposes. You may not copy, circumvent, or create derivative works of the service itself or its underlying systems.

Qorpera’s total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) 5,000 DKK where (a) is zero (e.g. for Free Services). We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operations, lost profits, or loss of data.

Funds deposited in the Customer’s account for AI API calls can be withdrawn at any time, as long as they have not been consumed. Withdrawal is made to the payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Does not apply to Free Services.

You may stop using the site or services at any time. For the Platform: the Customer may terminate their account at any time; upon termination, any unused balance is refunded, and User Data may be exported for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breaches of these Terms.

We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Copenhagen City Court.
