Platform overview
Qorpera is a business harness — a durable body around frontier LLMs that transforms digital knowledge work into human-in-the-loop automation. We connect your tools, synthesise a living wiki about the organisation, detect situations requiring decisions, and propose actions you approve.
Qorpera is under active development and operates supervised. Delegation to autonomous execution happens explicitly per situation type — never automatically.
01 — Onboarding
From connection to operation
Onboarding follows four sequential phases. The end result is a confirmed organisational model, an indexed wiki, and a detection engine ready for live operation.

Connect
You connect your tools via OAuth. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, and Stripe. The process takes 3–5 minutes.

Research
A research pipeline analyses your data: people discovered, content read, claims extracted, a comprehensive company model synthesised.

Confirm
You review the AI-generated organisational model — departments, roles, detected situation types — and answer any unresolved questions.
- 04
Operate
With the model confirmed, Qorpera begins continuous operation. Situations are detected, reasoned about, and action proposals are produced for your approval.
02 — Operation
Where the work surfaces
Once Qorpera is in operation, your organisation is monitored continuously. Work is organised across five surfaces — four operational modes plus a conversational interface:

Your personal queue of detected situations. Each situation has a proposed action plan you approve, edit, or reject.

Proactive proposals from Qorpera. When patterns across situations or new knowledge point to an improvement, initiatives surface here.

Projects
Structured workspaces for complex engagements — due diligence, audits, strategic assessments. With members, data rooms, deliverables, chat, and templates.

System Jobs
Autonomous background operation. When you have explicitly delegated a situation type, a system job executes it without per-instance human approval.

Copilot
Conversational interface to everything Qorpera knows. Department scope is respected — employees only see data within their reach.
03 — Substrate
The wiki as source of truth
Qorpera’s core innovation is its wiki-first architecture. Every operational object type — situations, action plans, person profiles, domain hubs, projects, initiatives — lives as wiki page content. When the reasoning engine investigates a situation, it reads wiki pages. When the execution engine completes a step, the result is written to the wiki page.
Pages are coherent articles with structured properties, cross-references, and activity trails. Versioning with trust levels (provisional, established, authoritative, challenged, quarantined) prevents errors from compounding — every page is verified independently before it can influence decisions.
04 — Autonomy
Trust gradient
AI should demonstrate competence through tracked outcomes before being granted autonomous execution. Qorpera starts fully supervised and provides the data needed to make an informed delegation decision.

Observe
Qorpera monitors and shows you what is happening. Situations are detected, but no action proposals are pushed. You see the system's work but nothing demands a reaction.

Propose
Qorpera proposes concrete actions for each detected situation. You approve, edit, or reject. Every response updates the track record per situation type.

Delegate
When the track record shows consistent approval for a situation type, you can delegate it to a system job. Delegation is always your decision — never automatic promotion.
Some situation types should never be autonomous — high-stakes decisions, relationship-sensitive interactions, regulatory actions. You make that judgment, not the system.
05 — Connections
Connectors
Qorpera ships five production-ready connector families via OAuth. Personal connectors (Google, Microsoft) are authorised per employee; company connectors (HubSpot, Stripe, Slack) are installed once by an admin.

Write access is enabled explicitly per connector. The AI cannot write to your systems unless you grant permission. Additional European-ecosystem connectors are planned.
06 — Trust
Security and compliance
EU hosting. All data is stored in the EU (PostgreSQL via Neon, Frankfurt region) with pgvector for embeddings.
Encryption. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only at the moment of use. No credentials in plain text.
Operator isolation. Every database query is scoped by operatorId. No operator can access another operator’s data.
EU AI Act. The wiki-first architecture means every decision trail — investigation, reasoning, action plan, step results, timeline — is assembled on a single page. This supports the deployer transparency obligations under Article 26 for the August enforcement.
Qorpera builds an organisational continuity layer — knowledge that survives the individuals who built it.
