Integrations
Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 connects Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Calendar under a single Azure AD OAuth consent. The unified Microsoft provider handles all four services; each employee authorises their own tenant.
Outlook
Messages and threads sync as content and activity. Pre-filtering is consistent with Gmail — automated messages are excluded from activity timelines. Incoming messages trigger real-time content-based situation detection.
Write-back: send_email and reply_to_thread.
OneDrive
Documents and spreadsheets sync as content. OneDrive files flow through the same document intelligence pipeline as Google Drive — classification, comprehension, extraction, wiki synthesis.
Write-back: create/append documents, create/update spreadsheets.
Teams
Teams messages and channel activity sync as content and activity. Channel context is preserved so the AI can follow a conversation across multiple authors and timestamps. Teams currently does not support write-back.
Microsoft Calendar
Events and meeting invitations sync as activity. Attendee patterns and meeting cadence inform person-profile behavioural analysis. Read-only.
Scopes and governance
Azure AD consent is tenant-scoped. An admin can pre-approve Qorpera for all employees via admin consent, or allow user-scoped consent where each employee accepts individually. Tokens refresh automatically; scope revocation in Azure AD halts capabilities immediately.
